Alignment notch at top left corner allows for easy alignment of many papers at once.
There are 50 multiple choice A-E or T/FÂ questions on each side. 1-50 on the front, 1-50 on back.
These are 100% compatible. Dash E Forms have darkened bubbles to prevent cheating from other students.
This product has a unique barcode for student stores. (header bag packaging also available)
These forms may either be used as a test forms or test keys by filling out the appropriate bubble above the first question.
These forms have been fully tested in Scantron branded OCR scanning machines. The ink and paper is 100% compatible with Scantron branded scanning machines and will not affect any warranty.
